What the Service Is
Vetto is a pre-purchase insight tool built to close the information gap in used-car transactions. The content it provides — engine-specific chronic-issue records, estimated cost ranges, negotiation suggestions — is informational. Vetto does not replace an official certified inspection report issued by TSE-HYB certified companies, and makes no such claim.
Accounts and Sign-in
Accounts are created with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email, or via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account; if you lose access to your email, contact us.
Fees
The app is currently free. The TRAMER damage-history query fee (₺275) is set by the Insurance Information Center and charged to your carrier bill — Vetto takes no share of it. If a paid feature is introduced, its price will be shown clearly before you are charged.
Limitation of Liability
Cost and negotiation figures are always presented as estimated RANGES; a car's real condition depends on its maintenance history. Decisions to buy, sell, or repair a vehicle are the user's responsibility. Vetto cannot guarantee the accuracy or freshness of third-party data (TRAMER records, Google Places business information, the brand/model taxonomy compiled from public listing sites).
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service in violation of applicable law, through someone else's account, or in ways that harm the systems (automated scraping, reverse engineering, excessive requests).
Changes
These terms may be updated. We announce significant changes in the app or by email; the current version always lives on this page.
